Frequently Asked Questions

  • When you see the baskets you would like to win, select the number of tickets you would like to virtually “drop” into those particular items. Tickets are $.80 each, which equals $20 for every 25 tickets. There is no limit to the number of tickets you purchase. Once you have completed your selections, you will be directed to enter payment information and check out. Shortly after making your purchase, you will receive an email receipt that includes a photo of your ticket number(s). If you do not receive the email confirmation by April 19th at 11:59pm, please check your spam folder.

    Our team of volunteers will then physically drop your tickets into the designated basket containers which will be sealed until the day of the drawing. On the drawing day, the containers will be opened, well shaken and mixed, and winning ticket numbers will be pulled on camera for all to see.

  • We use the Raffle format, meaning that a lot of 25 tickets will share one number. Each group of 25 additional tickets is assigned a different raffle number.

    $20 for 25 tickets

  • A reminder email will be sent in advance and all efforts will be made to contact each basket winner. After a designated amount of time, baskets will be returned to TLC to be used in a future event.

  • Hover over an image to see a Quick View Button. In Quick View, an abbreviated description is shown with the picture. If a description ends in three dots (…) click the “View Full Item” link to see all details related to the basket.

  • There will be three separate 50/50 pulls. A 50/50 pull provides a 1-in-40 chance to win $500.

    For each pull, the individual holding a winning number will be the winner of half of the money raised ($500) while the remaining half ($500) will be donated to TLC Rescue.

  • For every 25 tickets purchased, one Door Prize entry will be entered into our Door Prize drawing. Any purchases of 24 or fewer will not qualify for the Door Prize drawing. Grand Prize basket tickets do not count towards door prizes.

  • We have baskets designated as “Grand Prizes.” These prizes have a higher dollar value than those with the regular ticket price and contain unique experiences or items. Each entry into a Grand Prize basket costs $5.00.

  • Sales start Saturday April 6th at 12:01am and will end Sunday, April 14th at 11:59pm. The event will be broadcast on Friday, April 26, 2024 from 7pm – 9pm. All times are Eastern Standard.

  • Raffles for Ruffs will be hosted on our YouTube channel on Friday April 26 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm EST.

  • Winners will be notified by email after the Broadcast. You will receive a text message telling you to look for the email with instructions for picking up your basket.

  • Baskets can be picked up on Sunday, April 28 from 12 - 3pm EST at the TLC Rescue Facility located in Malvern. The address will be included in emails sent to basket winners after the event. If you are unable to pick up your basket(s) , please contact us via email at TLCraffles4ruffs@TLCrescuePA.com

  • Due to the size and contents, shipping may be cost-prohibitive. Additionally, if a basket contains alcohol, it cannot be shipped or delivered. It MUST be picked up at our designated pickup location with a valid photo ID and signed for. Only gift cards and gift certificates can be shipped via USPS.

  • Your statement will reflect payment to “To Love a Canine Rescue, Inc.”
