Sometimes there are dogs that come through our rescue that steal your heart, and for the life of us, we can not figure out why they haven't been adopted yet. Emmie was one of those dogs.

A young German Shepherd / Husky Mix, who is laid back, happy-go-lucky, cat and dog friendly, house and crate trained. Despite all of those amazing and perfect qualities, she waited in a loving foster home for 82 days before finding her furever home. Emmie’s amazing foster had this to say about her “She definitely made her mark in our house and will be greatly missed. However, it is so great knowing she found her perfect person. I’m so happy for her!“

It may have taken 82 days but Emmie found her perfect furever home and we couldn't be happier for her!
