Frankie
When Frankie was rescued from Mississippi, her story was already one of unimaginable challenges. Frankie was found near a gas station suspected to have been hit by a car. After receiving veterinary care, she spent a year at a shelter waiting for her next chapter. But the moment she entered her adopter’s life, it became clear that this remarkable dog wasn’t defined by her hardships—she was defined by her heart.
“Frankie is the sweetest, most loving thing,” her adopter shared. “She loves to snuggle and makes everyone smile.” Despite everything she’s been through, Frankie radiates joy, spreading sunshine wherever she goes—her favorite activity, after all, is sunbathing!
Her adopter admits that Frankie has been a teacher as much as a companion: “I’ve learned so much from this pup! Frankie has faced so many challenges, and she never let anything bring her down. She’s so resilient, brave, and relentlessly happy.” It’s hard not to marvel at the way Frankie approaches life, with endless love and a zest for simply being alive.
“I truly think soulmates exist because this is my dog through and through. I’ve given her a safe, consistent home, snuggled her every night, and spoiled her. She deserves it all.”
Together, they’ve created a bond that’s unshakable, a source of strength for both. “Frankie has brought me so much joy during difficult times,” her adopter said. “She’s gotten me through it.”
