Can you believe that To Love a Canine Rescue has been saving lives for TEN YEARS?!

We’re SO EXCITED to celebrate a decade of dogs- saving them, fostering them, finding them forever homes, and loving them endlessly.

To the dog who started the counter, Ziva (now Cassie): Thank you for trusting us to love you and guide you to your forever home. You were the first, and surely not the last, but you set our souls on fire which motivated us to continue rescuing for an entire decade. 

Ten years, thirteen founders, almost 500 volunteers & fosters, and over 5,800 dogs in forever homes*. We’re so proud of each and every story. We couldn’t do this without the families that have opened their hearts and homes to dogs in need.

Whether we’re treating heartworm, supporting a pregnant mother dog, saving dogs at the eleventh hour before euthanasia, or showing a discarded dog that they deserve to be loved, this organization refuses to quit - Until they all have a home.
