It was a crazy-busy week hanging out, making friends & taking applications at the Goshen Fair and then wrapping the week-end up with an Open House to celebrate the Adopt-a-Pet/Coldwell Banker Homes for Dogs adoption week-end.
Today we had the opportunity to celebrate gotcha days & birthdays alike since our favorite Coldwell Banker realtor, Jen Hohenberger (and her puppy-lovin’ hubby), celebrated her birthday by pitching in &
helping out at today’s event.
Chelsey, Cher, Petey, Rex, Zach, Zan (now Zeke), Zane, Zaya (now Kira), Zeke (now Duke) & Zorro (now Bandit) were all adopted this week.
We’re now working overtime to process all the applications people submitted during the fair and today. Of course, if you weren’t able to catch up with us this week but are still looking to expand the family and/or volunteer opportunities, please submit an application and come on out to meet us next week at the West Chester Grower’s Market!
This week we also received some updates, while some of our alumni visited us & marked National Mutt Day by posting pictures of their babies
Ava is doing great!
Ginger FKA Sarah
Wonderful. Nicest dog, Great temperament. So happy to have her. So grateful she is part of their family. She is getting more comfortable with them every day. She gets along great with the cats. She is a special dog.
Theo’s dad tweeted that he couldn’t be happier with him and shared some updated pics
Riley & Tori visited us at the Goshen Fair
Leroy stopped by today’s Open House with some very surprising DNA results. It appears as though he is a mix of Bluetick Coonhound, English Spaniel, Lab and Beagle.
Luna (FKA Millie) & Hazel (FKA Ramsee) were adopted together and proudly posted their Mutt Day pic with their human bro, Andrew. It seems as though Luna is a Plott Hound/Whippet/Miniature Pinscher/Golden Retriever mix& Hazel is a Bloodhound/Rottweiler/
Happy belated #NationalMuttDay indeed!
