At least this time that I went to the vet I was actually scheduled to go. The last two times my foster mom and dad were not very happy. Yes, I said two times. What can I say – I got bored for a second time and ate my even bigger cone off while I was in that crate. I had to give up after that time though because they made me wear two cones. Not sure what the big deal is. I don’t see my foster sisters wearing these things around the house.
I was really nervous when my foster mom brought me back to see the actual doctor. I thought they were going to do more surgery or put more staples in me or something! But it was even better…they took the rest of the staples out and even took that itchy red cast off my leg! Hallelujah! They still made me keep that darn cone on though. But the doc gave me a walking plan of multiple 5 minute walks a day for one week and then multiple 10 minute walks for the second week! That’s a lot of walking! But I was up for the challenge. I also heard the doctor tell my foster mom that I can go back to the physical therapy starting next week. I like physical therapy because I get a lot of treats and a lot of attention.
